We had a wonderful experience with this company. Roland was so kind and efficient. He communicated with me the dates and times every time I called and asked and put me at ease regarding the multiple day moving schedule we had planned. They were by far the easiest company to schedule with also. I had called at least 10 other companies who required photos or a walk through to get us scheduled before I found Pegasus, and they were able to get us booked immediately and sent a follow up email to confirm. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for amazing and affordable movers with a great attitude.

Great customer service. Had questions about a moving cost estimate, and they answered immediately I had called 2 other companies w/ no answer prior after a nice conversation I had received a full, printable estimate within an hour through email. Very professional, thoughtful, and respectful. I highly suggest giving them a try. You'll be happily satisfied.

These guys are awesome. We were originally booked with another moving company. A couple days before our move, we called that company to confirm they had a truck and were set. The dispatcher we spoke to could not confirm a truck but said they had us on their schedule. We looked up their reviews online and they were not great which made us nervous. We called Pegasus and spoke to Roland who may be one of the nicest people we have ever met. He was able to get us in on short notice. They were on time, professional and courteous the entire time. Ditch the bigger moving companies, and hire these guys! You won't regret it!

We contacted Nicklis and told him we needed items delivered from st.thomas ontario to martensville, sk. He was professional and said no problem we can do that and gave me a price. He then said they would leave that Friday and delivery the following Friday. Guess what? No deliver, no call. I emailed Nicklis but he never responded, I emailed accounting and they responded with sorry we did not have a container to deliver, they where sorry for any inconvenience. When I asked when it will be delivered they said Monday today January 15th but I have emailed both Nicklis and accounting and they are not confirming the movers are in the way. So, we do not have our items and no one will tell me where it is and we sold our kitchen table and now 6 kids are eating where ever they can , 3 meals a day.

I contacted Pegasus Moving & Delivery in the early morning hours on a Friday. They were able to accommodate my moving needs on that very same day. The movers set up an efficient system and had all of my belongings in my house in about 90 minutes. I was very impressed! They put everything where I asked and were very careful. I am very happy with their service and will use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Roland and his crew. His rates were reasonable, especially for the excellent service he provided. The guys were hard working and took direction well. There was also a moment where Roland needed to take a call and asked for permission. Totally not necessary but so respectful and noticed! We will have to move again in a few months and we will absolutely be starting with Roland, if his team is available.

10/10 recommend. Roland and his crew are AMAZING! They helped pack boxes, move items, and whatever we needed. They were very professional and I loved having them help move us. I would recommend them over and over again! I cannot say enough nice things about this company. I loved that Roland was in communication, timely, and so much help! Hands down, the best moving company there is! Thank yall so much!

We needed help moving our 2 BR apartment from Omaha to our new apartment in Texas. Theirs was the lowest quote I received. It included packing, loading, moving, unloading and basic assembling. The guys showed up on time. They worked 8 hours straight without a break & didn’t leave a single scratch at our house during the move. They delivered our stuff the very next day as promised. It took them 3 hours to unload the truck. They also had to move our hutch, washer and dryer which was extremely heavy from Ground Floor to Second Floor. They put boxes in every single one of our rooms they belonged in & also assembled our bed, hutch, standing desk and coffee table. They also didn't leave a single mark or scratch at our new apartment & every single piece of furniture is in perfect condition without a dent or mark on it. I was completely comfortable around the guys & felt safe with them. I am extremely grateful for all of their hard work. We’re a very busy family & having the move go this smoothly was a blessing. I would recommend this company to friends & family & we will be using this company in the future. Thanks.

Horrible experience. This was the 2nd and final time I'm using Pegasus Moving. First time was about 3 years ago and they were great and careful but this time around was horrible. The main mover constantly complained about his boss not sharing enough wages, he then basically just stacked things any which way with no real regard to what he was doing he put my recliner leaning on my tv.. he also bent my bed frame and when I tried to tell him about it he kept talking over me and said if he needs advice he'll ask for it. They also put a hole in my couch and tore up the wall and door frame on the way out. The other guy with him was moving extremely slow and was doing almost no work. Not sure if he was high or had a rough night but he was out of breath the moment they got there. To top it off when I paid, the main guy asked me to go in the building to get 'out of public' his words. Then when I gave him the check he constantly asked for a tip and wouldn't move blocking me from the stairs. I ended up caving and gave him a 10 just so he would step away from me and leave. I called the owner and the rate was reduced for the couch damage but be weary. Not sure if I just got the worst employees they have or if that's the standard for the company now but the quality has fallen drastically since my last move with them. Edit: The owner called me and asked me to remove this review, because I guess its bad for business. If the above is corrected payment for the broken bed frame, hole in the couch, damage to door frame then I will re-evaluate. But so far, no attempt to reimburse for damages have been made. Which is fine, but if you want the review changed then the damages need to be covered.

Pegasus made our moving day absolutely enjoyable. They were punctual, professional, fast, and friendly. I highly recommend them for your moving needs! Thanks Roland and crew!!!
