The complete experience from speaking with their knowledge sales associate Marie to the delivery of my patio set and cushions is rated five stars. Although I live approximately 30 miles away and looked at other competitors closer to my home, I will always make the trip to the Whitehouse location because of the wide choice in patio sets, patterns, color selection, as well as many additional items to choose from. We are very pleased with our purchase.

We live 30 min. from Pelican and did not want to drive down unless we knew that they had what we wanted. So we called ahead and Jay totally helped us out. He took photos and gave us pricing via texts for the patio furniture we were interested in. He put it all on hold and had it ready and waiting when we arrived. Great experience and when one of the cushions in the box did not match the others, we were able to easily swap it out. So much better than buying online!

Don't waste your time. Was quoted $2,000 for ingound pool liner when we got there all of a sudden It goes up to $3500 with install. Could've saved me the run around when I called on the phone. Then Mike said liner was $1700 when I was there and that the manufacture sometime kicks back a higher price of $2100, but would give me a discount. Still $1400 higher than was told over the phone. National pools will continue to get my business with no hidden fees. Pelican also had vinyl liner catalog from 2015, some if the styles were no longer available. Save your time shop elsewere.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Even though they didn't have the odd part I needed for an old pool, they told me how to get it. They will be my go-to place for anything pool-related in the future.

Pelican Whitehouse is the best! Great people to help you from winter to summer and all the in between(s) ... They stand behind their sales from my snowboarding equipment to my hot tub, they always help!
