Ski Barn

This is a really good store with a wide selection of items. My biggest problem is that they need to get with the program with regards to their return policy of no refunds on sale items (store credit only - and only then within ten days of purchase). This puts them at a severe disadvantage compared to online retailers. Seriously, who does this in this day and age and expects to survive? This lack of flexibility is why Amazon is putting brick and mortar retailers like Ski Barn out of business which is really sad. Although I'm happy with my purchase, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth upon exiting the store. I bought in a pinch this time, but honestly, next time I'll probably browse the store and then just buy online. This is sad really. I hope they get the message.

I bought my new Rossi boots and I'm more than happy! The older guy (I wish I could remember name) who helped me to choose my boots was outstanding, knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. I had the best experience buying my boots. More people like him should be in stores!
