Pendell mental health cabot blvd, wrap around ONLY!!! I have received services at pendell on Durham Rd and they were very helpful, although services for cabot were the only time I had to write a bad review to save people there time and energy, so it's not waisted. My son was to relieve a behavior specialist, first session she did not show, she said it was because I did not confirm the day of the apointment I wanted to still keep his apointment.. I didn't realize this is how they worked so next time I made sure I called her the day of appointments to confirm, although she wanted to meet only at Starbucks near the office, we met filled out papers, next apointment she did meet me in my Township at a ritas, but I got no response for a nothen session for 3 weeks, which at when I did she would not give me a time to meet them lied and blankly lied saying she did. Which I called her out on and let go but the last session that made me very upset was 8-3-16 we confirmed a time location and date for a session and she didn't even show up i called her texted, no response, I took pictures I was there pinned my location and called pendell to complain while still there, I got a vm left a msg to the one that was suppose to help me with my concern. pendell called back today and told me she said she was there and didn't leave for 20 miniuts.. OK maby it was them believing her lie, I let them know I had pictures and called them at 15 after and have proof of text and pinned my loction.. there response was for me to get more services for my son thre the IU.. horrable.. my son was thrown to the side unhelped, how can you do this to children and call it a buissness?? Poor poor services, don't waist ur time.. find a different wrap around..
