Penske Truck Rental

My mom and I rented the Penske in another state and we’re having problems so we came to this shop. They got us in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and let my mom and me sit in their break room with two dogs. They were the nicest people and extremely accommodating. Thank you so much for fixing our truck so fast!

Here’s what happened, I went here to rent a truck because my Cascadia blew a high pressure pump. When I got there the truck it had NO phone and GPS outlets, and it wasn’t the truck agreed upon, It looked like it would break down as soon I leave the facility.👎🏻Then they gave me a different truck and that one looked like some one died in it. Really nasty and dirty!! 😷 I total got grossed out So I rejected both trucks. The thing is they take a $5,000 dollar deposit before you actually see the truck, and then a separate transaction for the daily use you tell them you need it for in my case it was $1012.66 for the 3 Days. Which should have been took-in out of the $5000 dollar deposit. Keep in mind if you don’t like it when you get there you’ll be screwed because your money will be on hold by the bank so bring-enough money. Or else you’ll be in a Hotel!! SO AFTER I was out the ability to rent another truck, from a different company due to MONEY Being tied up👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. The staff were really rude irresponsible and they never answered my phone Calls and after I sent all my confidential credit info. They wouldn’t answer the phone No more.The Only reason I gave them a star is because the corporate manager Santiago was respectful and was able to give the Customer Service that was needed. Ellis the branch manager needs to shape up he’s act, at Running a branch. It’s common sense!! Too keep your trucks clean!!! He wasted my time and I never was a able to rent another truck !! anywhere else, because my money was tied up.

I do a fair share of business here for my job, they are trending in the right direction, have definitely seen the difference in there customer service! Great job guys and gals!!!

This penske is noncopreated workers. Mr . Justin and his workers lying, I am stuck here,they gave me time frame10am this morning but now 8pm they not fixed our company truck. I am very upset. They are not gave the good services. ""Take somebody step to improve services. Penske is the way to go, I'll use them for every move. The company is accommodating and always willing to help. At this location, Josh was outstanding. He helped me locate a bigger truck when I realized the one I ordered was too small. With no extra charge he found another truck during a very busy summer week. Would recommend the company and this location for any trip! PS book early to get the best rates! Thanks Josh!!!
