I’ve had a vacuum come up missing, when I accidentally turned in truck with it in it. Still not returned and no investigation on who took it, upset cause I been doing business with Peneske for a few years…

Like seriously can I just pump my own fuel it takes 30 minutes or more just for someone to come out and put fuel in my truck. This is absolutely ridiculous. There are three trucks sitting waiting for fuel and we can’t find a single person. Please for the love of God hire someone to just sit at the pumps.
These guys are great, I just wish they had a driver's lounge. It's warm in OKC.
2nd time I've rented a truck here and both times were extremely smooth. This last time the truck I reserved had a check engine light when they started it, but they found me a replacement and got me going in something else. It all worked out, nothing they could do about that. I will definitely use them again!
Need to change the hours on your door I pulled up at 5:31 to return a truck and the doors are locked ... Your door clearly reads that you are open till 6:00
Execellent service....I called made a reservation and it was ready when I arrived and took 10 minutes paperwork and looking the truck over....filled it up with fuel before returning and took 10 minutes to check it in. Organized and clean facility unlike other companies I have used everything went smooth and no hidden charges or cost Thanks again

Being our trucks are leased through Penske, we get all our repairs done at their shops. The 5th St location is one of my favorite places to get work done if I'm in the area. The staff is always friendly and available. Just had some work done on my truck here and the Technician was ready to start the moment I pulled in. Great service, great attitudes at this location!!
