It was freezing cold outside, yet the woman who assisted me was awesome! Great facility and service!!!

The manager Shelby is rude and unprofessional. Her staff aren't well trained at all or knowledgeable. Worst storage facility ever.

Went there to fill a tank that is positioned EHorizontaly under our conversion van and were told they had never done it and didnt feel comfortable and to try another place. Train your employees.

Awesome place to help you move. They wouldn't let me rent a truck to tow a riding lawnmower though, which is understandable.
