I bought 4 tires with installation and alignment. The customer service was great. The bottom line price was lower than the internet price. My instruction to keep 1 of my tires was not followed, so I had to go back to retrieve it. This tire was less than a month old about 80 miles on it

Scammers! I took my car here and was extremely over charged, please do your research! Im a young women and feel I was definitely taken advantage of. Ask questions!!!! Get more than one opinion….. I wouldn’t trust theirs!!

Fast service, came in without hesitation got my information and began my service. Was in and out within 30minutes. Highly recommend this location if you're in the area or even close by.

Great experience! Was able to drop off my car and get my tires and brakes fixed with ease and ended up getting a great value as well.

Service was great, I had a oil change just before I hit the road. I was greeted and helped very efficiently. The service writer was very courteous and polite Ran,T thank you. I have always used pep boys for my oil changes. My vehicle comes up every time. Thanks a lot guys!! Keep up the good work!

They get you to sign up. You scheduled an appointment. 4.5 hours later, your car is still not even in the bay, yet lone they don't know where it's parked, never asked. Should have patronized a smaller business, not happy at all. This place is only about the money.

When you go here after for ARMANDO & ARMANDO only! He’ll make sure your car gets done with no doubt. He needs to the manager or boss of the service & tires department. Appreciate everything bro!

Go elsewhere unless you wanna waste your whole day, even for an oil change. This store completely disregards appointments and just takes cars in order they come in. Is that even allowed by corporate?? Well I guess now i can say I’ve waited 4 hours for an oil change.
