Super clean, family owned and operated and staff goes above and beyond to accommodate every customer, every time! Dogs get water, treats and potty breaks when they come in for grooming. Drop off is from 8a-10a and they call you when they are done. Their are only three groomers, so they ask that you be patient with them so they can be patient with your dog. If you need to have you pet groomed by a particular time, they are always accommodating, just let them know at drop off. The staff is always kind and dogs of all kinds LOVE coming here! Boarding is fantastic and you can tell the animals love coming back! They board everything from dogs and cats to ferrets and fish and birds. The dogs play outside at least 3 times a day and are always supervised. They don’t have any time limits for playtime (the more the better) and it’s always included in your Boarding price. You can get your dog groomed while they are boarding too! They don’t mind if you call and check in on your animals either. They have an open door policy, so anytime they are open you can stop in and take a tour. You won’t find a better place anywhere.

Terrible place. Would not recommend them to anyone. Among other things every time I picked my girl up her face would be wet. After a grooming the face should not be wet. Their excuse was that she must have turned her water bowl over, Really!!!! Every time??? One if the things they do to get a dog to stop barking is to spray their face with water. I ask if they were doing that and they said no. I stopped taking her there and have Never had a problem since. I feel so bad that I ever put my girl through this. She is a Maltese and a very good girl.
