Pet Warehouse

The store is a bit dingy but the worst thing about it is the staff. They are rude and not helpful. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information from them regarding their puppies. The first person I talked to was so ignorant I thought perhaps I was mistakenly talking to another customer, but nope... it was just a completely disengaged staffer who couldn't care less about customers or answering questions. It was like they were annoyed to have to talk to anyone. They are seriously lacking when it comes to customer service or people skills in general. I now know where I will NOT be looking for any pets.

A bit small (physical space) for the amount of inventory they have. I usually have to thread my way through the aisles, and when it's very busy (like today), it's practically gridlocked inside. Leave strollers and car seats and walkers and wheelchairs in the car or wait outside, as there's no room to maneuver inside. That said, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Even when they are in a rush, I have never seen any employee handle an animal roughly or with anything but the utmost care and regard. They know the products well, too, and can offer helpful, practical solutions and products to meet your needs, even if they themselves don't carry it. This level of customer service is why they continue to receive my family's business when we have need to visit a store of this type.

People need to stop hating, go adopt from the shelter if you are gonna complain about the prices. Anything can happen to any pup. I got a bullmastiff from there. He is my love. He’s amazing. Animals can get anything from being transported, it’s common. Inside is well kept. Especially with all their animals that they have. If I had all those pets ,I’m pretty sure my house would smell like a zoo. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The smiles on their faces when we bring our puppy in brings me joy because they like seeing the puppies grow. I am 100 percent satisfied. Thank you (:

Went in to buy supplies. Place smelled unclean. Puppies were in cages with only grates for floors with no blankets or anything else to stand on. Were they from puppy mills?? Workers never really made effort to ask if they could help. Dark and dingy. We won't be back.

The employees here are very rude and extremely unhelpful. I have been looking around for a puppy for about a month now and the employees refused to let me see one the dogs because I wasn't "serious enough," probably because I was in a college t-shirt and brought my little sister along (she loves dogs and was excited about helping me pick out a new puppy). I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!!
