The place is pretty well organized, I am kind of upset that it does not have more variety in cat toys or accessories.

Absolutely the worst service ever. We purchased a ferret that bit my wife and upon returning it we were disrespected by their staff and they wouldn’t even return my money in cash since I paid with my debit card they made me use it as a credit card. So now I cannot even use my money to get a replacement from a different store. Never will I shop petco again

My two boys (ages 8 and 11) begged to come into this store over the weekend. We wondered around and ended up near the fish. I heard them gasp and went to look into the tank they we inspecting. There were atleast 20 dead fish at the bottom of the tank with almost just as many floating near the bottom looking as if they were also about to die. My boys were heartbroken.

I got my Guinea Pig from Petco. Very nice staff. Never seen any other let store treat the animals like their own. 👍🏽
