Great customer service. Nice selection. May get better prices online. Great training classes. Store loves their animals!😀 Still sell rawhide, pig's ears, etc. Not good...

Will not use the grooming here anymore. We have taken our dog for the past 4 years and he's always had bad anxiety, took him today with his medicine to help calm that was prescribed by the vet and approved by the groomer at his last 2 appointments and today they said they can't groom while on that medication, even though it is on the approved medication list used by the groomers. The staff needs to all be trained on the medications that are approved...or learn to read the list thats at the desk for them to reference. Waste of time!

This place have good products but one cashier on this visit had a very bad attitude towards me and the problem is she was a older Caucasian female. After the incident, I reported her to the store manager and he said he would talk to her. However, if she was my employee being she is older and should have better experience, the result would been firing her. Why? Too many other people are in need of a job and such people like this older woman are holding up a position for too many people that are better for that position! This definitely will make me think twice before spending my hard earned money in this store again.

Will not be going back to petsmart. I took my 7 month old small breed mix puppy who is 9 lbs to be groomed. The girl at the front was kinda snotty to begin with and caught an attitude with me when I was getting my dogs vaccination records out for her. They told me it would take 3-4 hours to groom my little dog even thou I made an appointment. That should have been my first red flag. Two and a half hours pass by and they call me and tell me that my dog is ready to be picked up but that they couldn’t groom her because she was too squirmy. I told the girl from the beginning and even wrote in the comment section when I booked the appointment online that she had never been groomed before. So basically my dog was there for two and a half hours and only had been bathed and nails trimmed. They said they couldnt even brush her. My dog is not an aggressive dog at all. I brush her weekly because of her long fur and bathe her regularly as well. I would have bathed and trimmed her nails at home if I had known. I get there to pick up my dog and they still charged me. I asked to speak to the lady who bathed my dog. I asked her what they normally do when a puppy is scared and is being groomed for the first time. She responded by saying that she wasn’t trying to “pull one over on me”. If they can’t groom a 9lb puppy because she’s too squirmy how do they control the scared big dogs. It makes so sense to me. She then asked me when I would like to come in for another grooming. I told her that I wouldnt be coming back. I got home and called the manager who was very upset at the service I received and gave me a full refund. Petsmart will not be getting anymore of my money. Side note. I groomed my dog myself at home the next morning. She wasn’t scared at all. Sat right there and let me clip her and shave her. Petsmart is just lazy.
