Staff was super friendly. One of the staff convinced me and my fiancé to get both kittens. They’re very adorable , very clean. But one thing I did notice was there was no litter box in the cage, brought them home set up the litter box and instantly showed them where there potty was at , still decided to poop on my bed, they are not litter trained at all, also I don’t agree with the cats being in the same room as the dogs , I would think the barking would stress the poor little babies. But with that being said everything else is perfectly fine and the staff were just a pleasure.

We went in and fell in love with a mini Aussie. We usually just go in and play around with the puppies. So we decided to go forward with the adoption. The manager was helpful and it was a quick process, but we ended up finding out that HE was actually a SHE when we try to take her to the vet. We went back got the correct paperwork. They did offer us to give our money back if we decided to return the puppy or to go to newbern to get the correct male version, but we have already had her in our home and didn’t feel right doing either. I just wish we were compensated for our time. We also did notice that the male mini Aussie we were originally purchasing was actually 100 dollars cheaper he was in the new bern store so they did overcharge us to begin with. My advice check your pups private parts and check prices in both stores. We also did have to give her a bath. She had a lot of feces in her fur. I would expect buying 1300 dollar pup she would’ve been washed before handed over. But the employees seem to love the pups. Every time I do go in they’re holding them up front playing with them. We love our mini Aussie. She’s been the best with our little family.

Excellent staff and selection of food for my dog! I arrived 5 minutes after closing and they were kind enough to let me get a bag before I left on a trip. Thank you so much!

Very knowledgeable employees, free dog and cat grain free food samples...2 per order. Puppies are cute but extremely pricy (1300.00) but that's to be expected at a pet store. I am pretty sure that the puppies are not from puppy Mills. Great store.

I have to saw that I would agree that the staff did not go out of their way to help me but they answered my questions. I’ve never had a very bad experience here but I’ve never had a standout experience here either. Over all a good place and I prefer to shop local when I can. Word to Billy a quick enforcement of customer service would probably do wonders for business.
