Pet Supplies Plus

First visit with our new puppy. Store was well organized and clean. We were greeted by a young man who asked if we needed help and took us to the first item we're were looking for. After that we would like to have browsed the store to see what they offer but we were followed uncomfortably as if we were going to steal something. Not making suggestions just literally following us until we went to the register to pay. Would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for this. Prices were what we expected and we will give it another try. Owner should let associates know there is a way to be available to help customers without stalking them.

The store is always organized and clean. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I love shopping here and my discount card saves me money. I moved here from New Haven Connecticut and I'm really glad my favorite pet store is in North Carolina too!

I’ve bought several fish here that have never made it. My final straw was when I purchased 10 fish brought them home and found that they all had ick and managed to kill my whole tank. When I contacted the store they were aware and didn’t argue just indicated that they needed to find better suppliers. They said they would refund me but some of the fish that were killed had been with us awhile and weren’t from there. When you charge an arm and a leg for your fish they should be the healthiest of the healthy. This is not the case with this pet store.

Great place to find what you need. Can't seem to get out of there with a bill under $100. SMH

They have good food and prices are equivalent to the Saint James salary.
