Petco Animal Supplies

Went to get filters for the turtle tank.. not many to choose from. Other than that I'm really impressed with the store. I love the selection of tropical fish they have!

I recently got my dogs first shots at this Petco through the minute clinic and that experience was quick and easy. However, today I called to schedule her first grooming session there. Someone named Vicki answered, very short, simple & a little snappy. Then she passes me off to someone else who was semi helpful, however she couldn’t answer any of my questions and just passed the phone back to Vicki without even telling me first. Vicki then gets back on the line and “ok what were your questions” in a sort of aggressive phone manner. Meanwhile I’m still just waiting on the answer to my question if I could wait for my dog while she gets groomed. I eventually just hung up. Vicki was not very welcoming and I definitely wouldn’t want to leave my puppy with her. I went around the corner to petsmart and now getting much better service. Thank you.

I enjoy this petco, I took my new puppy (3 months) to puppy socialization there and it helped her begin to grow into the wonderful girl I have today. I highly recommend that! The staff is knowledgeable on dog products and has good selection on foods, treats, leashes etc. I can’t speak to the other departments (I.e. fish, cat, reptile, bird), but the dog stuff is darn good!

Store is always clean. The staff aren't always available to help because of the customer/staff ratio at busy times. I love that they let rescue groups sit in front of their store and promote adoption! Every weekend there are dogs for adoption at this location and also cats daily for adoption inside. There have been several instances that I almost bought a specific pet food for my dog with bad allergies and the staff has helped me find something better that had a coupon or a sale. Also, when I adopted my dog I got a new pet packet which bad tons of coupons and became very useful!

Absolute snarkfest in the aquatics department. I've had relatively good experiences in the past with the employees here but the last visit was a completely uncalled for. When you give me lip over a simple question I asked don't plan on having my business again. I understand you're busy but your job is to answer questions, big or small, regarding your product and when you come off as arrogant then I'll just buy the same product online. I'd rather pay for shipping than deal with the attitude.
