Pet Haven

We came here because they were the only place in Wichita that could do an x-ray same day. The vet was wonderful and kind. They were able to send off my dog's information very quickly and get back to us with what was going on. Best vet I've ever been to.

Always great. Got me in quickly even though they were busy. Budget friendly and the staff is outstanding!

I took my 2 dogs here at 7am and was told I could pick them up at lunch, but I told them I would pick them up after I got off work at 5pm. It took them 10 minutes to get them out of the back, one lady said they were drying (after being there 10 hours!). One dog's coat looked slightly 'wet'. The other didn't look clean at all. I smelled them both & they smelled like they did when I took them there. They did not have their ears cleaned, nails trimmed and when I asked them about that, they said they didn't have time, that if they wanted to wait while they finished, I could. I said, no, please just take those charges off and I'll pay, but they would not adjust my bill. The one lady got rude when I kept asking about what shampoo they used, did they use a de-shedder, what kind of brush was used. She just said, your dog just sheds alot. In the end. They didn't touch either dog and I suspect in the 10 minutes they were in the back, they just dumped water on them, because only the top coat of my one dog was wet in large spots. The poor dog on the stand was crying and she was just yanking the brush through is hair. This place is horrible. Please do not go there. Do not do this to your dog. When we got home, both dogs drank 2 bowls of water and ran all over the yard, so they must have been kenneled for all 10 hours with no water. I don't know how they are in business.

Didn't have much to choose from with the two ladies grooming the dogs were very helpful very polite and made the experience very pleasant

I've always been happy with Pet Haven. I used to have dogs that needed groomed and would go there on a regular basis. Now my dogs don't need to be groomed but I go there each month to buy a large bag of dog food. If I happen to run out I could just run over there real quick and grab a bag instead of having to go shopping for one or going someplace clear across town. It's very handy having a pet groomer and store in the neighborhood. Diana and her employees are very friendly and we always enjoy a good conversation. I highly recommend Pet Haven.
