Let me start by saying that this is the first negative review I have ever written, but this store’s truth in advertising practices are so dishonest that I am compelled to do something. If I could give them zero stars I could. Online they offer a $100 discount on the purchase of a new puppy by “simply booking your appointment today!” There are no disclaimers or caveats listed on the ad. As a matter of fact, on the ad there was a picture of the exact same pup we wanted to see. We went for our visit and my daughter fell in love so my wife and I decided to get her the puppy. When we asked for the advertised discount they claimed that they had just lowered the price and the discount did not apply. I spoke with the shift manager who’s attitude and callousness made my daughter cry. I called the store manager the next morning who told me that not only would they not honor the discount but she had just raised the price another $100! This is not about the money as I can easily afford the extra hundred bucks. The issue is that they offer a discount to get people in the store, then play on their emotions when they get attached and expect people not to care that they are getting cheated out of their money. It also brings into question the validity of the puppy warranty that they tout. If they won’t honor the hundred dollar discount that they freely offer, what makes you think they’ll honor the vet bill you bring them under their warranty? I for one will never spend another penny at this dishonest store.

Bought the most adorable puppy here! We just love her. She was well taken care of and very healthy. This is a great place. The clerk even assembled her crate for us! But we drove her all the way home to Minneapolis curled up in our laps...just couldn't bare to put her in there! I would highly recommend this place. Not a "puppy mill". Vet said she was in perfect health, and all the other animals were equally well cared for.

All employees very knowledgeable and very friendly! Only pet store I know of that has open cage so animals are used to bring handled! Love this place!

50/50 when it comes to being greeted at that door. Same goes for having someone avaliable at checkout. Clean store and stocked shelves.

After 2 months of having my puppy, and buying her there, I was told that her hearing was checked and fine, but I found out that she is completely deaf. Their main response about it was that they did not know. I asked for a full refund and all they will do is credit me back my money to the store and said I have 6 months to chose a new puppy, but I can still keep the puppy that I did buy. First of all, why would I want another puppy when you did not even take care of or know about the one I bought, and now I have a deaf dog that will take a lot of patience. How is another puppy going to help my situation? They do not care about these puppies, their exact words were, "that is why we have warrenties!" They treat these puppies like goods and services, not like a living animal. They should be ashamed and do what is right.
