Grooming facility was professional and kind to our dog. He seemed happy after getting his nails trimmed. Check out was good. One item was damaged (discovered it when we got to the car). They let me swap it for another.

May 15th, 2018. Started to attempt to contact grooming at 1:55 PM. I was connected with a dial tone from the hold line 3 times, Where I proceeded to be hung up on twice and disconnected once. I know the sound it makes when someone picks up a line and hangs it up. Called to speak to a manager (Cassie maybe?) and she started to help me but got disconnected after it tried to connect me to some other department. Called back THREE more times, where I was hung up on again twice (again, I know the difference between being disconnected). On the third attempt (this would actually be my 7th call) finally was able to speak to someone at 2:18 PM, and got the appointment scheduled. Absolutely ridiculous. They usually do a great job on the grooming but could use some work on the customer service.

Not enough help at times and aisles are blocked by pallets of product lying about maki g it difficult to shop. Check Expiration dates. Saw some out of dates that were expired by 2 years on Top brand Dog and Cat food!!! Nothing like paying $60 a bag for expired food.😣

As I came in the door associates greeted me with a smile and were very polite. One associate, by the name of Josh, asked if there was anything he could help me locate. He was extremely helpful and polite. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 12. Love this store and my 2 SPOOS love goong.

Every time I go here it amazes me how knowledgeable the employees are. I had reptiles any question i had they knew everything or at least pretended like it! That was years ago. Now a fish tank. The two different employees on different days were both so helpful and polite. My new favorite pet store...now if only they would help me with not spending so much there!
