So pleased with the care our Max received at Happy Tails! Max has never been boarded, but we've had other dogs who were and I can say that we've never experienced a calmer, cleaner, happier dog! Thank You to all who cared for my pal Max💗

I have been a faithful customer of now "Happy Tails" since they used to be called "Bed & Biscuit" I not only have used their boarding for several years but I adore their Groomer (Scott) as well. I have a 135lb Saint Bernard who is my third child, extremely attached to his momma and very spoiled. I have never in all of the years of using this company, had a bad experience. Tank is well known at this facility and they spoil him as much as we do at home. The cameras have always given me a sense of security in knowing I can see him anytime i want while im away. Not because im worried he is being mistreated at all but mainly because I miss him horribly lol. Tank has separation anxiety and will stop eating if I leave him for more than a day or two. He has never had this problem while staying with Happy Tails. As a matter of fact he stayed for 10 days while i was in Mexico and gained 4 pounds in that time. Not only that, but when i returned to pick him up, he was bathed and beautified with a bandana on which i was not charged extra for. They did this on their own. I understand not everyone may have had such great experiences as we have but this business is by far one of the best in the area and highly recommended. Just see for yourself and make your own opinion- after all, thats what we adults are supposed to do. :)

Just got home from my vacation visiting family, which went good except for who I trusted to take care of my baby girl. I was away for 13 days (for which I provided food and specific instructions on handling), she has lost 2 pounds and 4 days worth of food. Happy Tails WV did not care for my girl, they ABUSED her. One of the workers even admitted to not walking or feeding her. I strongly urge all pet moms and dads to NOT take their babies to Happy Tails. Plus I should mention their "camera" system: 8 cameras: 2 on the cats, 5 outside cameras, and only one showing nothing but the doors of the kennels. I honestly believe that had I been gone longer, she would be dead. I am disgusted!
