Petco Animal Supplies

This Petco is very good in my opinion. As soon as you walk in it smells very nice. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Make sure you get a pals rewards card and that you upload your rewards before getting to the store. Also, try to price match the items with their online prices. You end up saving a lot if you do that. I have yet to try their grooming services. I’ll post a review once I try it.

Great convient location. This location is the Petco chains best IMHO. They are very pro-adoption here, plenty of adoptable cats looking for good homes. You will also find a large dog adoption bus located out front at various times. As a aquarium lover, this location has a great selection of fish for such a huge chain. I've gone to many of their other locations and the fish selection is so so sad in comparison. I'm assuming due to the fact of this location, Union Square, this is a very high volume store. They seem to stock many more live animals of all kinds.

I'm here on a bi-weekly basis for my cat supplies. Their service is amazing, and return policy beyond imagination. You can even return online orders which won't even be prorated. As in, order a 12-pack, find out kitty's changed her food preference (a constant occurance w old cats), and when you bring back the box with 10 packs, just show the online order email, and get a full refund. Amazing. Store returns are like normal - I'd get refunded for only 10 packs in the same scenario. Regardless, that they think to wrap the handle of 28lb cat litter boxes, so that thin strap doesn't kill your hand circulation is simply an indication of the care, thought, and sheer good CS. Lastly, staff are supremely knowledgeable. I've yet to ask a question without being brought to the aisle containing my solution. From carriers to cat urine sanitizers, the latter even has UV detection lights to figure out where your cat sprayed. Can one be any more satisfied?

The service here is awful and everything is overpriced. I would recommend going to PetSmart instead. I tapped a employee on the shoulder once, he proceeded to turn around and drop-kick me. This is also where the commies meet to stage their revolts against the government, We need to be ready for the awaiting revolt. Edit: Little on edge today sorry about that stuff, but I had to put my dog down today to find the microphone the government put in him to monitor my conversations, I mean really can't a guy have a sense of privacy these days. It's all because of that cyber terrorist Bernie Sanders. Good news is I found the microphone.

Super convenient, they have everything you could need in a big store. Staff is quick too. Great location!
