I am so impressed with the staff here. They are helpful and kind. The prices are also affordable.

The staff has horrible attitudes and are not helpful. Everything is overpriced, and the staff prioritizes ripping people off rather than providing the best customer service. I was told I could return a brush for a refund within 7 days; when I returned 5 days later, the store manager said I could only exchange for another item or store credit, even though I was within the 7 days and the brush was in the same bag I went home with it in, completely packaged, and receipt included. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Many other pet stores in the area that put their customers first.
