The staff is awesome and super nice. Plenty of parking. And I always want to adopt any animals that come in to give them a good home ! The guy in the fish department I don't remember his name he's older but has so much knowledge

I found the people working there to be knowledgeable and friendly. I only shop there for specific items.someone had given me a gift card. My dog loves to go there with me .

They seem to have a smaller product selection than other locations. Worst customer service ever. Some how the employees seem even more dead inside than I am, but I don't just stand there like a disapproving zombie when asked product questions.

So many variations of animals it's absolutely silly, but excellent.  Clerks here are courteous and knowledgeable about the various pets.   Prices are reasonable.  I've been to many Petcos, and this one I highly recommend.

The cashier was very kind and helpful but the coupon that was sent to me in the mail  was a 10% off coupon  but excluded cat and dog food. Seriously?
