The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They picked out the perfect treats for my dogs despite them being wildly different ages and breeds.

Terrible treatment of their reptiles. They have very skinny ball pythons, one of which is very dehydrated and has stuck shed. We offered to take him to try to save him and was told there was nothing wrong with him, he just had a little stuck shed and he would be full price which is $90. I will never shop there again.

This store needs to be shut down. It's a cluttered and unsafe mess with animals that aren't cared for properly. Both you and your pet can go get injured in the same place!
