Took my puppy to get a grooming. Figured I’d give them a chance I strongly do not recommend them for this service. She failed to cut any of the hair on his belly or around his private area. Wasted $47 dollars. You could tell she wasn’t properly trained. Nice people but poor service. Disappointed!

Nice family run pet store that will guarantee price match anyplace with flyer or ad.

They carried some good dog toys and lots of food varieties. Seemed reasonably priced.

Very bad experience!!! Took 2 yorkies in Saturday morning for hair cut, was told would be ready approx 1:00, called me at 3:00 to pick them up. They had a slight trim, no hair cut. I was charged $44 per dog plus wasted my one day off work. I got home & called back & expressed my dissatisfaction was told to bring them back in Monday afternoon for a do over at no charge, Great!! I drove home (30 min drive one way) during my lunch & took little dogs back for their do over. The groomer was rude to me, said I was late & he didn't have time to cut their hair. I had to go back to work, so I asked if I could leave my dogs there until 5:00, I was allowed to do that. When I picked my little dogs up I asked ladies up front if I could be refunded part of my money, NO!! So I made 2 trips to Pet Sense, paid $88 for a trim that I could have done myself for free and my little dogs still don't have a haircut. I will NEVER go back in this store!!!!!!!
