Went to get a collar, leash, some toys, and a muzzle for my Belgian Malinois the associate Adeolin was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me. She has a great personality. By the way the collar fit.

I barely go here because of the items being over priced or not worth it. But I went yesterday just to shop and was approached by an old man (cashier) telling me I need to pay for my dog tag. Obviously, I was holding my dog tag and receipt together out in open cause you know... you gotta have the confirmation code on the receipt. Well I told the man I had already paid for it and a younger lady ranged it up for me and he responded back very rudely on how he didn’t witness it. I will make sure to think twice before coming back to this place again cause of the bad customer service experience. I guess PetSmart it is.

Whatever you do, don't take your pet to the Biloxi store. I took my dog there to be groomed and when my daughter went to pick her up she was severely lamed, and they clipped her nail too short. Turns out, that I had to spend $3000.00 dollars for my pet to have leg surgery, too which they would not admit fault. The staff is incompetent,not well trained and just don't care. I think my vet is part owner, how ironic huh?!!!! Mel

I brought my dog to Petco in Biloxi and they over cut her nails. She ended up going to the vet hospital because two of her nails were cut at the vein. After consulting with the vet, it was diagnosed that all her paws had nails that were substantially over cut. Please be wary of grooming your pets here. Some groomers (e.g. Bryant) either don't care or not trained properly. Heed caution and stay away!

Clerk rude in grooming section will NEVER shoot there again. Petsmart. Is better by far
