I found what I needed pretty easily. They had a decent selection. I didn't see any staff on the sales floor, just at the register. The cashier was nice.

I order stuff online for in-store pickup.i called to check and this is no lie. For a straight 15 minutes I got hung up on,or they would not answer,and put the phone down or you just sit and listen to their whole conversation.while at no time no one assisted me.Never got on the phone. I'm not well to day, and I didn't want to drive there if my packages weren't ready.one guy talked about his darn vacation time off around the holidays, another going back and forth about if he's a good employee,but yet no one has picked up the phone. So no none of you are good/great employee if you are not working.i heard just playing around talking.it was like two young men and two women.This is crazy, please hire better employee who wants to work and care about the customers.

Iffy ...an associate said if snakes are not bought within a month of having them sent to shop they get sent to a kill hut. Fish Tanks are full of dead fish and few live. Saw a hermit crab dead and covered in maggots. Told an associate. All she did was throw it away. Didn't clean the tank or check the others. Snakes are not always fed when they say they are. Bought one recently. Less then 3 months old. Fed him when I got home. Was still hungry. Charts said had to be force Fed. I don't have to. And he is well taken care of. Get said he was malnutrition before I got him. And was starved. Sad shop

Need some water toys. But other than that good for fast trips.

They dont sell live Saltwater fish. They do have a few accesories like food. Youd think they would carry them.
