Kat and Savannah have taken care of my standard poodle puppy in the grooming salon, and they're great! She always comes out looking gorgeous! The Vital Care membership is great for breeds that need frequent grooming, and booking on the app is easy.

Clean and organized store, well stocked!! Employee Kyle helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and was very professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The young lady at the register was very kind, as well. Will definitely return!

I'm not going to drag the staff's customer service, but I am going to drag this store's ability to properly care for the animals that it sells/obtains. This store is clearly understaffed, by a lot. The staff, was super friendly, however, the animals... 100% should not be being sold in their current conditions. The ball pythons were covered in mites, they need to be treated immediately. The mites can and will spread to the other Reptiles. I took pictures to show the mites on the ball python and the one that had managed to get into the leopard gecko tank. This is not okay. I also, came across a dead mouse in the mice enclosure. 100% unacceptable. This was the first petco I came across that was actually stocked properly, but with that came other consequences apparently. Please do better for these animals. They're not objects, and if someone buys them while in these conditions, it could be problematic if not lethal to their own pets at home.

Lady that works there was so nice and helpful in finding what I needed. She also took time to carry my packages to my car. That is what I call great service. It was my first visit there but definitely not my last!!!

Took my dog in for grooming, which was supposed to include a bath, haircut, nail trim, gland expression etc... She shaved him lower then agreed and it was did uneven in spots and his nails weren't trimmed. She said he wouldn’t let her but I had never heard that on previous visits. I asked her to trim them down and watched. She was able to do so without issue but she still missed a nail on each paw. She was nice and tried to sell me a plan but I am very disappointed given the price that I paid was over $80. I also found that they were not extracting my dogs glands nor brushing his teeth. She also said he wouldn’t let her do it but I was still charged. Had I not asked I wouldn’t have known all these things weren’t done. I have taken my dog to multiple times and only was pleased the first time. This is the 2nd location I’ve tried. It appears they have high turnover and aren’t hiring qualified groomers

I brought my cavapoo in for a fanny tidy up I believe it’s called. Katlyn did an amazing job! The areas she groomed are blended very nicely with the rest of his body.

Great service. The young lady's who groomed my dog were so very friendly and did a wonderful job of grooming him.

Very clean store. Animals looks like they are taken care of here. Staff members are helpful too. I would definitely recommend this pet store over others due to the updated facility and good customer service. When I was there, one of their employees were taking the snakes out of the cages to feed them in the back. They look healthy and well fed. They had a really good deal on live animals. All half off. And all fish tanks were one dollar per gallon, which is also a fairly decent deal.

An employee told me while helping me find an item that, and I quote “ a lot of the time the listed price isn’t right” - oh boy..... first red flag. Also, the employee could not comprehend what I was looking for, which was a LARGE cardboard box with holes. I had to ask several staff and even then they were showing my products that weren’t of the sort, just to finally go “ oh!! Is this what you’re looking for?!” After 20 min of me explaining .... wow these people are slow

Pets are adorable, the toys and pet supplies are reasonably priced, and everyone here is just waiting for a family to love 'em. Except the guinea pigs. They don't deserve love.
