Great service. The gentleman that helped us was courteous and friendly. He took the time needed for us to get done what was needed. In the evening when things are closing up it is rare to see good service. 5 stars all the way!

Ashley is amazing! She’s great with our fur baby and is so accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer in Columbia.

Ashley was fantastic with getting my pit's nails trimmed. My dog is very afraid of clippers, so she can only tolerate the Dremel tool. Ashley was very understanding of everything I told her and treated my Bella with such love and compassion! Other store assistants were very friendly and accommodating, letting me know I would only need to wait 10 minutes before I would be seen. They even called the vet for me to retrieve rabies vaccination confirmation since I was bringing my dogs from out of town. Prices were great and they got me in same day due to scheduling conflicts on my behalf. Overall fantastic experience! I will be back.

Service was great. The young lady that helped me was awesome. Made sure I had everything I needed and helped me get the tank into my van. Wish they had bigger tanks but what I got will work for now. She was knowledgeable with what I was getting supplies for.

HORRIBLE PLACE !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! My cousin Yorkie and 3 other puppies were attack by a pitbull because an untrained Groomers assistant was responsible for an animal that she could not control. The manager was very rude and racists towards people of color. And refused to acknowledge the issue WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

Local store, staff is very friendly and they carry Diamond Naturals brand dog food which we feed our Cane Corso's, Juggernaut & Bane.

Do not ever bring your fur babies here! This is the half a@$ job that was done. Never ever ever going back! You better believe I would have left 0 stars if I could and that EVERYONE I know will not be bringing their babies here! Absolutely ridiculous! A blindfolded 3 year old could have done a better job.

Ashley is fantastic. She takes her time and handles my dog with care. She is by far the best groomer I’ve met! Anytime I can get her I take advantage of it! She’s the best!

I hope this message reaches corporate. Ashley the groomer at 7402 Garners Ferry Rd Suite C Columbia, SC 29209 is super awesome. She worked with my troublesome Shitzu-Poodle Mozart. Mozart was traumatized by a previous groomer at Petco a year ago. Ashley treated my dog with love, compassion, care, dignity and superior customer service. She was kind and gentle with Mozart's behavior and understood he will need time to get adjusted to her. We had to reschedule a few times due to my work schedule and Mozart's medical appointments. Ashley was very understanding and prompt to make adjustments as needed. Please do not let her hard work and care go unnoticed. Ashley, did an excellance job grooming Co-co. She is só pretty. She looks like a princess. Ashley had a very friendly and caring heart. She asked me if it was something l didnt like just tell her and she would fix it. Thank Ashley!!!
