Store employees were super nice! The selection of dog food and treats is outstanding although they are tightly packed into a smaller store. They also have a vaccination clinic and styling salon for your pets! Will definitely shop for my pet at the store.

Beka did an amazing job with grooming my Coco, she looks so cute & the price was equally amazing as well! We will be back in 6 weeks thanks Beka & petco!

My KCD kitty is very picky and I typically spend $80 weekly on a random assortment of foods to try to get her to eat. Petco offers a variety of healthier kitty foods. Unfortunately every single time I come to the easton location they have the cat food section blocked by unstocked inventory and I have to leave and go to the friendlier anyway westerville location.

Bre in the grooming salon is wonderful! She does a fantastic job grooming my dog. And she also brings her in and takes her out to the car for me as I am recovering from surgery and can’t handle my dog.

Went in-store to purchase a few things - their pricing is COMPLETELY different then online not an online sale either and the manufacture coupons they have tags about all over the store, they don’t even honor. Literally got over charged more than $20. I’ll stick to PetSmart next time!

Had a horrible experience today. Went in and there was no one available to help me get fish with my son. Finally I walked around until I saw a worker and asked for help. He annoyingly responded by telling me to wait a minute. My son and I waited over 10 minutes and he came over and helped a couple that walked in after my son and I. I was so bothered as my son witnessed treatment like that and had to leave due to being so upset at treatment. I don't blame store but worker as my son and I didn't deserve treatment like this.

They were awesome my mother send a harness for my dog from AZ and it was too small they gladly let us exchange it with no problem and they were extremely friendly...note we did have the receipt and the tags were still on the harness...nevertheless the staff was great

Everyone is so helpful and polite. I save a lot money every time I get pet food. I'm really loving that.

Horrible grooming experience here ever today. We waited for this appointment for 2 weeks and today we finally brought our dog in, the lady at the grooming reception refused to take the dog in just because our dog wants us to hold her as all other normal dogs would. She’s give excuses that our dog is nervous and not ready for a bath. Horrible horrible experience, also forwarded the same complain to Petco the store and the corporate. Avoid this location for grooming as much as possible!!!

I was in the area & I wanted to stop in & see some puppies & rabbits. Oh rewind I've been out the loop. They explained there like a rescue for cats. Anyway, I got to see something, take a view.
