I always took my dog to PetSmart, but I noticed that when I didn't take it with a specific person, something was always missing. This last time I was disappointed, I paid $50 for the bath and brush plus the essentials package, and she came back wet, disheveled, with no smell, no scarf or bow and no sanitary trim. TERRIBLE! DISAPPOINTED
I was visiting my local pet smart and looking at the fish when i noticed there was a fish in a container with about a drip of water, it was alive and moving, I was very concerned so I went to get an employee and couldn’t locate one for about 3 minutes until finally I found one. I told her about the fish and she seemed very annoyed. This poor fish! They don’t treat animals right.
I called to inquire about a specific prescription dog food and had the pleasure of speaking with Taunda. Spelling? She was super friendly and caring and took the time to research all my options! So refreshing to find such a kind person, and one that goes over the top to do their job! Thank you.
This store & employees were GREAT !! HAD a nice lady ...help me very personable.. &Cute Yorkie owner.. No one had the liquid dewormer.... But you!! Thanks 8 week old babies..can't handle chewable needed liquid!! Bought 3 bottles so I have it on hand... I am very satisfied..very clean store ..too!
I go in here a lot to pick up deliveries, and also just walk around and stretch my legs when I'm waiting in between deliveries, I have noticed that the lack of interaction between the staff and the dogs in the daycare is concerning.. if I were leaving my pet here for dog daycare, I would expect interaction with them, not someone sitting on their phone, or reading a book...I've also observed one day when there were several dogs in the room with this same employee, the dogs weren't interacting weren't encouraged to interact, and the employee again was sitting on her phone not paying attention to the dogs at all... in my opinion every employee should be required to leave their phone in the break room until they are on break themselves at any job, no excuse for ignoring who you're supposed to be taking care of
Banfield staff super friendly and welcoming. The associates friendly. I went into the Pet hotel to inquire about my fur baby staying in the future. The female clerk very Unwelcoming...I would never leave my Mister Brown there just based on her...
Stopped in for a few random pet items I needed. They opened up another checkout since the line became long. Good selection, good experience
Seven hours for a groom is absolutely ridiculous. Dropped my pup off at 10a and at 4 he was only half shaved. I do not recommend and will not recommend this particular store for ANYTHING! Was told that it would probably be over the four hours because of the staff shortage, but three hours over is insane. No courtesy call or text. Just unacceptable. I will be calling corporate and writing additional reviews that I don’t recommend. And you can tell the cut was rushed on my dog. So disappointed
Employees were not interested in truly caring or grooming my dog because our appointment was at 2:00 and other employees had called off work. These employees wanted to go home. We were told it would take 1 hr… 1/2 hour later they called and said she was ready and they now closed at 3:00. We rushed back to see this rushed job and my fairly traumatized day. So disappointed. Just wanted to get my thoughts together so we left.
Store was clean and decently stocked, Was originally told they price matched then that they didn't. The cashier was disinterested and clearly didn't want to be there.
