The customer service just sucks. Please teach the girls proper phone etiquette. I understand it can be busy at times but that should not take from business.

I’m not sure who made my Stromboli tonight but it was awful. I ordered it the same way I usually do and it was overcome with a cheese sauce. Not mozzarella, but cheeze whiz. I couldn’t even eat it! Whoever made this thing needs to be taken off the grill EXPEDITIOUSLY! Disgusting!

This place sucks. To be honest, I didn’t even want to give them one star.

Coming from Baltimore I was not pleased, they got one start for cleanliness and prompt, but I did not ask or know what that red sauce wason my sub

Customer service is trash!! I found a bone in my cheesesteak & food takes FOREVER to deliver I always have to call. Overall Pete’s just need all new employees maybe the service & food would be better.

We got take out. It took 20 minutes. Food was hot & tasted good.

This food is terrible. It was hair on my pizza and my wings were not even wings. The wings are odd little pieces of meat. The person who answers the phone is also rude! Terrible service and food!
