It was the worse thing ever. I ordered at 830. Food didn’t get there to 11. I called back to ask. She said it’s still gonna be 2 hours I’m like what. I literally love 5 min walking. From there. Y was I last to be delivered. When u rode pass me in the beginning. I’m so Done with oetes

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!! I CANT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH. DONT DO IT. Here is my call log they kept saying my food was leaving. I ordered at 5pm and didnt cancel until after 8pm. Very upset

Yeah, just find another place. The customer service stinks. Your order is never right. The food is decent but there’s better out there.

I love my Pete's no matter the location but my fav is Haverford ave. I'm always satisfied my food is always the way I want it. It's like it's cooked with love and not just thrown together. This was my lunch I couldn't even eat it all. Another satisfied customer!!

To the owner the person answering your phone is rude and unprofessional. The community wants to support your establishment. It starts with good customer service. Everyone not going to keep taking her disrespect if things Don't change that kind of behavior will PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS !!!!!

The food was absolutely horrible I didn’t even eat my cheesesteak or cheese fries after one bite. The bread was hard and it was a Monday.The fries was under cooked just disgusting. The only nice part was the delivery driver. Just taste old!!!

Yous leave a brochure at my door so I can order food just to tell me I can't get a delivery unless I spend 25 or more. I would of paid a delivery charge plus tip .. I would of spent 20 all and all ... the upsellin isn't needed its all out bad bisness

My Pizza was disgusting. It had an inch of crust and sauce with no cheese around the perimeter and cheese just dumped in the middle. I love Petes pizza but this is by far their worse location. They do not ever have to worry about me revisiting.
