PetSmart

PetSmart is so great. The employees are always friendly. The animal homes are always clean. The people who work in the grooming area truly love the animals.

They have a good selection of fish at this PetSmart and get their orders in on Wednesdays I believe. Some of the workers know a lot about what they are talking about but others you can tell have just been told what to say, everyone needs to start somewhere right. They are always friendly and willing to help with any needs that your pets have any day. I have noticed that they are a little bit more expensive than Petco just down the street with some items but it is pretty similar.

I have two Havenese dogs. Moved here so thought I'd try petsmart for grooming. Took one dog in. Explained what I wanted. Yes dogs had one ear with small matts. Picked her up to find they SHAVED her ears!!! And lumpy cutting on body. Her face is totally uneven. This dog is 8 years old and has been groomed every 4 months her whole life. She is so easy to work with. Can not understand why a professional who charges $67.00 would do such a lousy job. Second dog isn't going anywhere near this place. Use caution. The manager of this store called me to talk about my dissatisfaction with the grooming service. She could not have been nicer. I really had not planned on ever going back but I did. The manager of the grooming department smoothed out Smokees cut and she looks a lot better. We'll just have to wait for the ears to grow back. She also did Bandits grooming and he really looks the way his breed is supposed to look. He has a professional grooming. Both the store and department managers took the extra step to make me a satisfied customer. They did the best they could with a bad employee. The groomer needs training. I'll return with the two dogs in 3 months. Everyone deserves a second chance . Thanks.
