Did a great job grooming my shihtzu. However they use choke collars and when the lady started to drag my dog i pick my dog up and forced the lady to carry her. It irritsted me because my pup alresdy had a harness on and the lady was just going to drag her

I love shopping here because I see lots of animals and pets that people bring with them. It's very difficult however, to find an employee to answer questions about products.

I've had nothing but good come from the wonderful associates who work here. I have been going in quite often for my cats and also helping out rescues with food. I went to their national adoption weekend and came out with my little 3 month old Milo they took their time yes but it was to make sure everything was done correctly I understand what it is like working retail. I went in again today to purchase tags harnesses and collars for Milo and a associate helped me pick out what was best for him. I believe her name was loraine very sweet lady!
