Petco Animal Supplies

Very poor selection. Never can find an employee for help. When an employee is available they act like they are put out by helping you. Most the time they have very little knowledge of their products and where they are located. I thought at first maybe it was just an off day, but it seems to be the case every time I shop at petco.

I tried calling to make my puppies an appointment to be groomed, but never got to talk to anyone else after being put on hold. The first time I called the gentleman that answered the phone said he was going to get someone who could make the appointment, he put me on hold and after being on hold a little while the phone started ringing again but no one picked up. I thought maybe something went wrong so I called back and talked to the lady that answered the phone only she placed me on hold the phone then began to ring again and was placed on hold a second time. When the phone started ringing again, I hung up and booked appointments online for them at PetSmart. Even though it's a little farther from my house at least they let you book online and they did an amazing job.

We’ve been taking our Newfoundland dog, Charlie, to Rachel in the grooming department since we got him last year and wouldn’t take him to anyone else. She is wonderful to him & always does an exceptional, thorough groom on him. Thank you so much Rachel!
