They have a friendly staff who dont over power you with their politeness. If you ask for help, they are knowledgeable and friendly which is always nice to have. They have a great array of cat toys, treats and food options. The adoption kitties look happy whenever I go to this location. If you want to have a pleasurable experience at a pet store, this is a great place.

Our baby Cooper has been going to doggy camp since he was 6 months old. He loves all his people as we do. They are beyond amazing & caring, they are family ❤❤❤❤

Love the staff here! Very helpful & friendly. Groers are awesome with our pet - which we adopted there as well. Have done multiple training classes - with great success. Our dogs favorite place to shop!

Employees not all on the same page when it comes to knowing policies. Called in and was told pets cant be placed on hold so I got my family ready on our day off to go adopt a cat. Upon arriving. The cat we came to see was on hold. Waiting to be adopted this evening. 16 mile round trip for our family of five to let them know we wont be getting a kitty today.

Maddie was amazing with Coco and Angel, this was their first appointment. They are Chihuahua's so they are scared of everything. She made the whole experience wonderful, we will definitely be back
