Northwest Pets Meridian

I love this store! All staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their twice-a-year truckload sale is a great way to stock up on QUALITY dog food and save money, and the best part: They're locally-owned. I've patronized both the Meridian store and the one in Eagle. The Eagle store has a top-notch dog bath.

Great prices for high quality products. The staff really know what they are talking about and are super friendly. Our Australian Shepherd Mix loves rope toys but always destroys them within a couple of days. We bought one from Northwest Pets and it is still perfectly in tact 3 weeks later with lots of play time. Highly recommend this store to anyone!

We love this store. We always come here for our pets needs! BUT---- We have noticed a change in management (Meridian) and that's a huge bummer to us. We loved the "loud" lady that was Soo friendly and helpful. She always made our day. She treated us like family and always knew we had pigs and knew our names...annnd!!!! We've also noticed the Guinea Pig section of food etc.. moved acrossed the store and keeps getting smaller and AND it seems like hay and pellets are ALWAYS out. Last time I came in. I went to two different stores to get our normal stuff.... When I had to do that I bought two of everything just so I don't have to deal with that again. We've been loyal customers since the Meridian location opened and it sucks feeling like strangers in our own store.

Wide selection of high quality pet food, toys and accessories. Employees are helpful without hovering at your elbow. I bought big bags of dry food and they were great to put them into my trunk for me.

Love the friendly knowledgeable customer service! The food we get for our dogs is high quality for an extremely fair price! Love this place it’s the only place we shop for our doggies!!!
