Beautiful store, very helpful, friendly staff. Prices are a little on the high end for me personally but they have a GREAT selection of coats, vests, sweaters, and BSU clothes for fur babies. I definitely recommend their monthly low cost vaccination clinic.

Great selection of healthier dog and cat foods. Staff are helpful and intelligent regarding common pet issues. Helped us figure out our dogs potato allergy. Recommended a great food (free of potato) and dog has been allergy free for several years since switching. I would not go anywhere else!

Northwest pets all of the locations do a great job at serving our for furry family members. Thru always have great advice and are always do careful with our dogs diets.

So frustrating. I work full time am busy in the weekends and I got to NW let’s at 5:15 and they would not let me wash my dog. Last call is at 5. How is that at all helpful or convenient for people who have actual jobs? I won’t bother coming back.
