PetSmart

This is a fake place. They offer you an appointment that you have requested for more than 1 week in advance, when you arrive you receive a very bad service since the reception and afterwards is only down hill path in bad service. They make you expend hours and hours for a service but at the end, if they are not willing to do their job, they give and excuse and do not provide you any service after 3 hours wait. I was expecting them to groom my cat for 3 hours and after a long wait the receptionist come and says sorry... We cannot do it, just because! They are not good at any, no service, no quality, not even for you as person/customer... So, imagine how they treat your pets when you are not close to see....I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, unless you want to lose your time, and probably the health of your pet. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Even from the store name... NOT SMART at all!!!

They lucky that get a star from me! Miss treating my 11 year dog while getting his grooming done! They have kept my dog for almost seven hours for a wash and a cut! Really! Then when I call to check on him they are telling me he is biting! Been taking my took to petsmart for eight years! No all of sudden he biting with no Notification! They should have called me!

I have been going to this PetSmart for my cats for the past few years and just got a puppy over the holiday season and started taking him to the Banfield. They have been really great so far and scheduling is easy. We also put him on the puppy plan for a good rate on his first year medical needs.

This place isn’t that bad but their customer service kind of sucks. The guy I found at the counter was really arrogant when I asked about their prices. But the manager was able to convince me to get my dog groomed here. I must admit they did do an amazing job.
