Phở Saigon Noodle House

Legit. Very fresh and hot, (if you are ordering noodles or hot dishes). I like the community table at front, if I’m with a group. For a date, I sit on the back by the wall, and it’s cozy. They are usually always busy, but service is courteous and prompt. Now, you may have to wait, but float of customers are pretty fast paced, so it’s doable. It’s worth it anyway.

The food here is delicious. I have tried Pho at several restaurants across the country and this is the best. I find myself hoping to return to the area just to eat at this place. And they don't skimp on the food either, my husband can pack away a lot of food and he found a large to be a bit too much, and has chosen the smaller size since. But, if you are up for the challenge, the large is only a couple dollars more in price. So indulge yourself.

Places like this are concerning. I can tell you that I was well aware going into the place that their hygienic and sanitary conditions may not be up to our standards so was unsurprised to see filthy chair seats and backs, tables, table top condiments, etc.. I didn't use the facilities so do not know what to expect in there. I can only hope the kitchen is up to state standards. The server was nice and upfront about what a first timer should or should not try. I was skeptical about the pho dish I did get but after a few tastes I got used to it and, aside from the rubbery gristle type meat it wasn't too bad. I will be back but with Clorox wipes!

"DO NOT GO"!!! Worst service ever at any restaurant I have ever been at and lived in 7 states from coast to coast and really the WORST!!! Even tried to get a beer during NBA playoffs and they said that they had no one there that could serve beer but there was multiple people over 21 and just very rude about them not being able to serve something that they have on there every day menu. Also not the cleanest restaurant I have ever been too but must expect that when obviously there staff is not happy or they would not be having the problems they are having. This place used to be good but they spread themselves thin when they opened multiple locations. ME AND MY WIFE ARE COMPLETE FOODIES AND THIS PLACE IS A DEFINITE "DO NOT GO"!!!

Called for a take out order for a couple coworkers of mine some were paying cash and some card. Told them over the phone that these were going to be separate. They said okay, got our orders and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Fine. Get there pay for the ones in cash only to be told WHEN I GOT THERE they won't take card without the person being there. Standing there looking like an idiot trying to explain to my friends why some weren't going to receive their lunch. Told them they would have to come in themselves. Bad customers service. Decent food.
