Pho Bien Hoa Taylorsville

We've been coming here for about a decade but no more. Food portions and quality have gone below acceptable levels. The ham fried rice tastes reheated, they've changed the recipe/spices and they no longer put onions in it. They also changed recipes for the broth and no longer tastes the same and it's gross now. Not to mention they have cockroaches just chilling and crawling on the walls and floor. They have a Health Department rating of 1 star, takes 10 seconds to look them up. With many other Pho places, many closer to us, I think it's finally time to try other places.

Wow the bun bo hue is soooo delicious! I’m Vietnamese and this dish is totally made right! Everything here is delicious 😋

Fair prices, good quantity of food for the cost. I have been here quite a few times now and have never been disappointed. Parking is easy, usually quite close to the restaurant

Quick, friendly service. Pho is very good, broth is great along with customizable options. Had the spring rolls with chicken curry over rice, instead of over vermicelli noodles. So good!

I'm OBSESSED with their avocado milkshake!!! I tried it once just to be daring, expecting it to be anywhere between odd and awful (idk..the idea of guacamole in a milkshake messed with me a bit) but it was THEE tastiest, creamiest, most delicious thing I've ever slurped through a straw. Their classic Pho is also top notch. I recommend buying the larger servings because it's not much more $ but you have tons of leftovers to take home!
