Love the pretzels! Customer service was great!

I just moved into the area and found out that pretzel factory have different prices in different franchise store. Other than that, service was quick and prompt.

Really good pretzels for a great price mane... Especially when fresh. They making auntie Annies look bad

I bought a crowd-pleaser from here and nobody was pleased, the crust was hard and burned at the bottom and the dough was stale.

Hot, soft pretzels, assorted ice cream flavors, with waffle cones, polite staff. Social Distancing.

As a big fan of Philly Pretzel Factory, this location makes me sad. The pretzels are super skinny here and I've visited this place multiple times so it's not a fluke. They're not thick and fluffy like other locations.

best pretzel factory in the city. they have the best menu. love their cheesesteak bites and their milkshakes!

Easy walk from park on Bala Ave. Staff is great with kids. $1 scoops are a favorite on a hot day they serve Hershey's ice cream which is hechshered Kosher for those who care. Easy stop heading east during commute to bring in a nice surprise for coworkers. No seating we sit on the curb or walk with our dessert.
