Philly’s Best Frozen Desserts

This place has the most delicious water ice, the watermelon flavor is to die for. I also look forward to going every time because they the family is so kind! I’m totally missing the place right now and can’t wait til spring.

This place is about to be famous real soon. Legit the best Italian ice I’ve ever had- cotton candy with blue raspberry was delish!!

So glad we found this hidden gem! Delicious Italian ice. Staff was so friendly and let us sample multiple flavors. You can tell they put a lot of heart and love in their product. Tried the strawberry lemonade and it was like summer in a cup can’t wait to come back and try more flavors and sample the pretzels and ice cream too!!

A must visit!! Every flavor I have tried is delicious! Everyone is so nice and the Italian ice and gelato is the best I have ever had! It’s a small shop with limited out door seating but don’t let that deter you. Philly’s is the best!

This place was amazing. The ice was great, lots of flavors. It was dairy free for allergies if they are a concern. We even got the pretzel and it was very good.

This is a place like no other!! Wow delicious treat and freat atmosphere. Bring the family abd discover something purely unique and authentically Philly. All in a great neighborhood and up and CV oming environment.

The vanilla ice cream is amazing, add some Italian ice of any flavor you like and you've got a great dessert. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I hope Louisville supports this small, independent business.
