Dairy Queen

The food is always fire, but it’ll take a hot minute. The staff seems a bit all over the place, like roles aren’t very well defined. Going inside is scary tbh the building is heavily yellowed, lights are dim, tables are sticky. Plan ahead for the wait, don’t count on the hours, but your food should be p dang good. Waited 20 minutes to get these pancakes that were not edible. They were so badly burned that the biscuits and gravy that was also ordered was not edible either due to the burned smell in the bag. The restaurant would not answer my calls and nobody would take a message.Food: 1/5

Just came from here they don't close until 10:00pm on Sundays it's Sunday night and I went to the drive thru right after 9:00pm they had the menu board turned off a whole hour before they closed I went on the inside and told them if y'all don't close until 10pm why is the menu board to the drive thru turned off and it's only five minutes after 9pm they said they was unaware it was off!!! When I walked in and went to the counter the workers was just looking at me and not coming to take my order so I'm standing there like umm hello I know y'all see me standing here I'm not invisible????? Then after a minute goes by I finally get my order taken! I believe the reason they had the drive thru menu board turned off even though they were still open is to try and stop people from ordering food from their vehicles a whole hour before they close! The service here is outrageous and ridiculous period.

Ordered a burrito bowl and they gave me a sausage biscuit. When I reminded the broad at the window that I ordered a burrito bowl she says oh we don’t have burrito bowls. It’s just nice that they decide what you are going to eat for breakfastFood: 1/5

Food excellent. Service, only 3 people working, 1 cooking food, 1 making ice cream orders and 1 working both drive-thru and inside counter. I went inside since drive-thru was already packed. All employees very friendly.Food: 5/5

Might be the single worst dairy queen i’ve experienced in the Louisville metro area. Rolled up to the drive through 40 minutes before close, no answer and the sign turned off. 0/10 would not recommendService: 1/5

Gave my 90lbs dog a pup cup the size of a side of sour cream. One lick and he was done! What an upset! I usually get a kids cup or even half of one. Service wasn't friendly and laughed at the size cup that was given to my dog. Very unprofessional!!Food: 1/5

It appeared that a personel issue was going on when I arrived. Order was taken and it took 45 mins for me to be served after being asked why was I still standing at the counter. My order was loss I gathered from observation. No Appogee was offered for the poor service nor was I given any reason for my delay. This was the third time I was at this location and the other two times were not much better as far as speedy service goes.

I would give negative numbers if available!! This place is nasty dirty the employees are rude and act as if you are bothering them by coming in to eat. My mother was served food that's she said tasted like they put some chemical in it and because they were out of small coffee cups they wanted us to pay extra for a combo for a large cup. So they gave her 1/2 a cup full. This place can not be under supervision by anyone that cares because there is never any consistency. Except the filth the filth is very consistent..

BEWARE. Ordered a chicken basket no drink ~$8. Dude rang up chicken basket ~$11 and dude said that's just the price now, "it's not been changed on the Menu". I got the food and paid for a drink that I never even got. I said sumthin to him, and he played dumb as hell. Never cheat customers outta money!
