Sonic Drive-In

We sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and know one took our order before we asked for the manager who cheerfully took my order for 8 residents and myself. Then we waot another hour and a half for our food. I really like sonic but the service really fell short that day.

Went here with my family and waited in the drive thru and never got my order taken. All the staff members were outside messing around not doing their job. When asked if they were still open they were VERY disrespectful and still did not take my order. Terrible customer service. Will NOT be coming back. Do NOT recommend this place.

Pulled up to a kiosk, pushed the red button to order. Waited 15 minutes before I decided to call and just check to see if this one worked. When they answered they said they were drive thru only. They then said they were just about to tell me on the intercom. I waited 15 minutes....you were just about to tell me? I think not.
