Very dirty environment. The employees look like they hate it just as much as the customers in line for 30min. They are out of alot of menu items yet no signs alerting patrons. It's sad with more employees the place could be great.
This is the absolute worst Coldstone I have ever visited. The girls that work here are so rude. They are always out of ice cream flavors and menu options. Have sat in line for 30+ minutes more than 4 times now just to be told they are out of what I want. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Best ice cream place in Louisville. Staff were completely friendly and their ice cream where delicious!!!
Ice cream is good but they take too long

Great service and cold delicious ice cream! This is a high traffic area with people coming and going in the strip mall here, Cold Stone is a must !!!
The service was extremely slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes with just a few people ahead of us. I have never seen employees move so slow. My knee was hurting so I went to sit down and one employee tried to take the chair out from under me to put it upside down on the table, and it wasn't even closing time
Pretty good ice cream but the prices are high.
