Pho 14

Not your typical fancy restaurant, but it’s the food that you come for. Excellence flavor with ingredients where others will leave out. Would go back again.

Great food, great prices, even better now that they have their beer and wine license. I miss living in CoHi because this place was a regular staple, but it's still worth the trip if you're nearby, especially on a chilly or rainy day. So good!

CRISPY SPRING ROLLS a little too crispy. In fact, one might categorized them as burnt. These spring rolls were so badly over-cooked you would think the wait staff would know better than to attempt to serve them... Otherwise, the food was decent and wait staff pleasant...

you get to pick your own meat for the pho here and the fatty brisket is so tender. they also have different region bbh and its awesome

The restaurant Pho 14 is a great place to eat the soups are good. In addition to the costumer service which based on my experience is hasn't be so pleasant l. I tried to order by phone and my experience was terrific and instead I was told to come and order in person. When I asked to speak with the manager which priviouly gave a bad costumer service. I came twice this week to this location and the same server took my order the name on the receipt is (Sam). Due to my personal experience I'm disappointed of how I was treated as a customer. My family and I are regular costumers. The time of my visit was at 3:25pm. I value a place with great food and costumer service. In personal experience I will not recommend this location due to the poor and lack of costumer service. 1436 Park RD N.W Washington, DC 20010
