Pho14 is my favorite beef pho in the city. This is one of Pho14's 4 locations in NW DC. The restaurant offers beef pho as well as chicken and vegetarian broth with many fresh toppings to choose from. I uploaded a picture of their spicy beef and pork lemongrass soup (can be ordered mild, hot or blazing). Do yourself a favor and try this if you want something flavorful and different.

It's just a fancy archway telling you you're in Chinatown and Gallery Place with fancy resturants and stores.

Don't. Just. Don't. Awful broth. This place does not care about food. Go to Sakuramen. Go to Bul. Same price, twice the value. Deserves to go under.

Very consistent food and service.  Never had bad experience here.  I hope they stay in Adams Morgan as our neighborhood pho place and not get forced out by the developer.
