I returned after change of insurance and scheduled on zocdoc this time so that is convenient. I also received confirmation texts the day before. The Sonora quest lab tech was persistent w drawing my blood since I was likely dehydrated. Professional service ... they also gave options to work around my work schedule.

Whike I love my new Dr. Lekiesha Colter the new office staff they have at the laveen clinic is horrible. They never answer the phone or return messages. I can't for the life of me understand why these medical proffesionals can't at the very least respond to their clients.

Very professional group, walk-ins doesn't require a long wait. A medical staff that listen to the patient and care about your health.

The NP Marissa was very engaging and thorough with her assessment and examination of my son. She was sensitive to him considering he has special needs and was timely in her response the following week with discussing his lab results.

Took me in right away. Filled out paperwork in the room as I waited for the provider. They did my vitals and Mareesa, PA took real good care of me. Very nice and proactive in my care. My first time experience was a delight.
