My experience at this location has been great. I transfer out of Jamaica hosiptal for not getting the proper care. Staff is very friendly, professional and knowlegable.

The physical therapy staff are awesome. Unfortunately, the attitudes of some of the people at the front dest can be better. Also if you go there expect long wait times and a lot of standing while you wait. At times you are given appointments and the Dr doesn't show up on time. Other than that they're great.

The physicians and staff in the back are great and very helpful. The front desk is organized but the attitude in which you receive for car service now thats a different story. But overall great place for therapy. Clean n Friendly

The office manager is friendly, professional and very informative. The wait times for the doctors may be little longer then you like. However, the staff is very pleasant and continue to provide notifications of status during the visit.

I did about 7 month of physical therapy in this location and I was extremely satisfied with their service and Staff. The front desk, therapist, physicians and management were great and very helpful during my recovery.
